Zionsville Village Residential Building Code Forum
posted on Thursday, August 12 2010On Tuesday, August 24 at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at Zionsville Town Hall, the Zionsville VRA will be welcoming Zionsville's Director of Planning, Terry Jones, to discuss the building codes in the Village. Terry will be explaining some of the how's and why's on many topics regarding lot coverage, setbacks, remodeling, new construction, as well as much, much more! This is sure to be a very informational evening--be sure to be there.
There will be a Q&A section during the forum, but if you would like send a question ahead of time, please send an email to vp@zvra.com.
Zionsville Transportation Plan Update - Public Input
posted on Monday, May 24 2010The Town of Zionsville is seeking public input to the update process for the Zionsville Transportation Plan. Meeting participants will learn about the project, review activities conducted to date, and provide input to the draft needs and opportunities that have been identified by the project team. When completed, this plan will establish long-range transportation priorities and policies for Zionsville and will be adopted as part of the Town’s Comprehensive Plan. Questions regarding the public meeting or the plan update should be directed to Terry Jones, Director of Planning, 317-873-5108 or tjones@zionsville-in.gov.

VRA Garlic Mustard Eradication
posted on Monday, May 24 2010On Saturday, May 8, Zionsville Village Residents' Association participated in a garlic mustard eradication event at Creekside Nature Park in conjunction with the Zionsville Parks Department. A dozen residents came to the park in their long sleeves and gloves to help pull each plant from the ground.
