Proposed By-Laws Amendment

The following are proposed amendments to the By-Laws. They will not be voted upon until the October meeting.

a.                   $5.00 per person, per year for an individual membership; and

b.                  $10.00 per year for a family membership.

These By-Laws may be altered, amended, or repealed at any Annual Meeting of the Village Residents' Association by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the membership in attendance, provided the proposed revisions have been submitted in writing to all members 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting

Article XI Changes to By-Laws:

These By-Laws may be altered, amended, or repealed at any meeting of the Village Residents' Association by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the membership in attendance, provided the proposed revisions have been submitted in writing to all members in person or by mail at least 30 days prior to the meeting. If mail is used, notice shall be deemed sufficient if sent to the recipient at least 30 days prior to the meeting by first class U.S. mail, postage prepaid, to the recipient’s last known address kept by the Association’s Treasurer.
